Inexperienced users should not purchase certain devices beyond their level of knowledge. This particularly applies to new users purchasing high-powered sub-Ohm devices rated at the most extreme level of vaping. Appropriate experience, knowledge of safe use and handling of certain devices are essential.
We hold no responsibility and take no liability for the misuse of products.
Unwanted Goods – Hardware
Unwanted Hardware can be returned to us for a full refund within 14 days of delivery or purchase in-store if the product is in its original unopened packaging. For goods bought online, we will accept returns that have been opened as long as they are unused, and all the packaging and accessories are returned. For goods bought in-store you must provide proof of purchase. Without this, we will be unable to assist you. Goods purchased online must be sent back at your own expense. Please contact us via the website, email, or telephone so that we can authorise the return.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, all disposable devices fall into the category of “coils”. As such, they are classified as a limited lifespan device. No resolutions can be offered for “faulty” devices after 48 hours of delivery.
For bulk orders of disposable devices, please ensure all devices are working within this time frame as we cannot provide assistance after it has passed.
E-Liquid & Drip Tips
When receiving E-liquids please ensure the nozzle cap is secure as we are unable to accept liability for any liquid that is lost from the cap not being secured.
We are unable to accept the return of e-liquids or drip tips that have been opened or used in any way on the grounds of health & safety as well as for hygiene reasons.
Goods – Hardware
All Mods come with a 60day, guarantee. We don’t cover faults caused by incorrect assembly, neglect, misuse or wear & tear. If a product has been damaged by the customer, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or claim.
If your Mod becomes faulty within 60 days of purchase or delivery, then please contact Kick-Ash via the website, email, or telephone. Please provide us with your name, postcode and order number together with details of the problem. We may call you to do some troubleshooting, if we cannot help you remotely, we will authorise your mod for a return. You must return it in its original packaging, for a full inspection and testing of the product. Once tested, if the product is deemed to be defective, we will contact you to arrange either a replacement or refund.
Atomizer (Coils) Returns
Atomizers (coils) are a working part of your device and have a limited life span. We will accept faulty on arrival returns if reported within 48hrs of sale or delivery. Please note you should soak a new coil in your preferred e-liquid for at least 15 minutes before vaping, this is called priming your coil.
Damaged Products – Hardware
If you unpack a product and find it to be damaged, please contact us immediately or at least within 48 hours of sale or delivery.
We will be unable to consider your claim outside the 48 hours timeframe.
Delivery & Dispatch Policy
We deliver to all addresses in the UK. We always endeavour to use couriers that provide value for money, reliability & efficiency. We will continue to monitor this on your behalf.
Same Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 12 pm (Monday – Friday) are dispatched the same day subject to stock availability, security and payment checks. Please ensure the telephone number you provide is correct as we will use this to contact you if there is a problem with your order. Your order will be held if a review has been invoked until the payment has cleared.
Orders placed after 12 pm on Friday are dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Click & Collect – Free
Order by 3 pm (Monday – Friday) and collect your parcel from our stores in Prestonpans or Dunbar. Orders made outside this time will only be available for collection the following working day (Monday – Friday) by 10.30 am. Please bring proof of purchase or ID with you.

Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 1-3 working days.
- Royal Mail 2nd Class
Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 2-5 working days.
Weight & Size
If your parcel exceeds weight or size limits imposed on us by Royal Mail, we reserve the right to send your parcel via an alternative service at no extra charge.
Except for Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Working Day we are not able to chase up parcels until the 5th working day after your parcel has been dispatched by us. Please contact us if your parcel is delayed and we will check your tracking information, we will then contact Royal Mail on your behalf to investigate. Please allow extra time during adverse weather conditions around the country and during busy seasonal times.
